What a week!

This week saw half the Nursery class settle in – and what fun we had getting to know each other! We were all very brave about being left by our parents for the first time, in fact some of us were shoving them out of the door so we could get on with having fun!

We discovered the glorious muddy digging hole and got in a right mess searching for worms!

We explored all the resources – paint rollers, digger trucks, jelly bath, train tracks….. we’ve lost count of all the activities we’ve done.

We also met the two cover teachers that will be in Nursery with us every week. Mrs Thistlewaite will be joining us on Thursday afternoons while Miss Gallagher has her release time, and Mr Koolmees will be with us on Friday afternoons while Miss Gallagher does the radio show.

We can’t wait to meet the rest of our class next week who will be settling in from Monday.
